What do we do?
We reduce stress. This is done by providing on-site workplace massage using specially designed massage chairs. Our therapists use a combination of massage and acupressure techniques on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and head, which leaves you feeling energised and recharged.
Are you qualified to do it?
Yes. Therapists are fully certified and insured with experience in a number of massage techniques. This allows us to select the most appropriate techniques for each person. As a registered member of the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) clients may be able to claim a rebate on the massage treatment from their Health Insurance provider.
What is involved?
Workplace chair massage is a simple and effective way to reduce stress and boost morale in the workplace. It lasts between 15 to 20 minutes per person. There is no need to change clothes and we provide everything required to deliver treatments.
How much space does it occupy?
Very little. A small office or conference room is ideal. If unavailable we are able to assist setting up a suitable space.
Will I feel tired afterwards?
No. You will feel relaxed but also rejuvenated, ready to resume work with more energy. Massage relieves the muscle tension and can help with aches and pains and improves focus and creativity.
What if I am pregnant, have a condition or an injury?
Please Inform your therapist beforehand and we will advise accordingly.
What about hygiene?
The therapist will clean & disinfects their massage chair and hands between each massage. Each massage recipient also receives a fresh face-rest cover to ensure cleanliness.
What if I want more or even less pressure?
Just ask! Our therapists are trained to adapt to a wide variety of body types and sensitivities to pressure. The therapist will check in with you during the massage, but never hesitate to let them know your preference.
Can I have the therapist work on just one area?
If you’d like the massage therapist to focus on one specific area just let them know. At the beginning of the massage they will ask if you have any specific concerns. Keep in mind, that the more time spent on this specific area, the less time spent on the other areas.
What are your working hours?
We are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday 5 days a week. We are happy to help arrange treatments outside these times.
How do I book?
We only need to know the time and place. Contact us here and we will be in touch to discuss the most suitable or specially tailored package for you.

Some companies qualify for Health Insurance rebates. Others choose to fully subsidise the treatment, and others subsidise partially where employees can contribute towards the cost of treatment based on their individual preference and needs. We can make recommendations for you to account for this.
How do we pay for this service?
Monthly. However this can customised to suit your needs.
What if we need to cancel?
We ask to let us know as soon as possible. We in turn will do our best to reschedule to a more convenient time.
